How to Order

To make an order we require your:
- Artwork (see artwork delivery methods)
- We accept most file types including JPEG, TIFF, PDF and EPS
- In the case of Canvas Wraps, please DO NOT crop your images prior to sending them to us. Instead, send us instructions as to what you would like on the final canvas (If you wish you could send a second image that is cropped). We will always confirm by sending a proof prior to printing.
- Any special instructions regarding your final products (eg: B&W, sepia, cropping, etc)
- Name, Home Address, Delivery Address, Contact phone number
- Email address (if possible) – we use this to send you proofs prior to printing
- List of requested canvas products and sizes for each image supplied
Upon receipt of your order we will:
- Assess your artwork and specified order requirements
- Email proofs (if email address supplied) requesting your approval and offer advice (eg: if people’s heads will be wrapped around the sides of the canvas).
- Obtain approval by phone if you don’t have an email address.
Note: We always seek approval prior to the creation of canvases.
After Proof Approval
After your approval to proceed has been given, we will complete the order and contact you with regards to payment options. Payment is required prior to any orders being dispatched.
Our Turn Around
We normally have a 3-4 working day turn around from the time we receive your approval, to the time we dispatch it. However, this may increase during busy times of the year such as Christmas or Mother’s Day.

Artwork Delivery Methods
For Digital Images
If you have just one image (up to 20Mb) then you can email it to canvas@allyharrison.com.au along with your details.
PLEASE NOTE: If for some reason you don’t hear back from us within 48 hours (or if it is urgent), please phone us or send another email (without any attachments). Ocassionally images can be blocked by your or our internet provider for a number of reasons (one being the attached file being too large). It is rare, but if we don’t receive your email then we won’t know to contact you.
Otherwise, it’s best to burn all your digital images onto CD and:
- post them to us at P.O. Box 103, Eagle Heights, 4271
For Photographs / Negatives / Slides
If you have access to a scanner, then you can convert your photos/negatives/slides into digital images yourself and deliver them to us as specified above.
Please remember:
- To scan at a high resolution (600dpi – 800dpi depending on the size of the physical photo).
- After scanning, zoom close into your image and see if you have collected any dust or hairs during the scanning process. A dirty scan may incur extra charges if we need to clean it prior to printing.
Otherwise we can scan your images for you. We just need for you to supply us with your photos/negatives/slides by either:
- posting them to us at P.O. Box 103, Eagle Heights, 4271
Please note: There are extra charges when we scan photos/negatives/slides.
